IFF was thought of on August 3rd, 2000 by Shay Robertson with the help of two friends from Brazil, Beatriz Afonso and Juliana Camara.  IFF is so much more than just a "friend finder".  You can get help with a foreign language, talk to somebody from a country you plan to travel to, or just talk to somebody a bit "different" for a change.  Its also great for help with projects.  How you use IFF is totally up to you.  What we do is provide the ICQ numbers and Hotmail addresses of people using MSN.  In the future we'll add contacts of people using other chat applications.  People that volunteer to help with IFF come from all walks of life, and have personalities that vary as much as their ages.  We hope you enjoy.
